Purchasing and Delivery Details

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £50. If we have to send the order in stages or in more than one package, we will not add any additional cost.

For orders under £50 there is a small charge of £2.50 to help with delivery costs. If we have to send the order in stages or in more than one package there will be no extra charge.

Overseas delivery costs will be quoted in an e-mail.

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of your order. We will always contact you prior to dispatch if there is a problem.

We accept the following Credit and Debit cards:

Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo and American Express.

Your card will only be charged when the goods are ready to ship.

All items are sent via First Class Royal Mail.

Returns Policy

Please contact us before returning items as we may be able to deal with the problem by phone.

You can return any items within 14 days from the date you received them for any reason and get a full refund of the items price. The initial postage charge is not refundable and the returns cost is yours. If you return an item that was sent free delivery then our standard charge of £2.50 up to a maximum of £5.00 will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Goods

If the items you wish to return are faulty or are a result of our mistake then we will pay the return costs and give you a full refund or replace the item at no further cost to you.

Please open your order carefully to enable you to re-use the packaging if you should need to return the item.

All goods must be received back in a resalable condition before we can authorise a refund.

You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.  

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Privacy

We make a commitment to protect your privacy and promise only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the European Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (2002/58/EC) and other laws and regulations that may come into force from time to time.

We will not pass your information on to any third party.
